I have a report with many customized fields (Visit 1, Visit 2, Visit 3, etc). Within the fields there are different services performed, which are all from a picklist. So it sort of appears like this:

 

 

 

Visit 1 Visit 2 Visit 3 Client 1 Service A - - Client 2 - Service A - Client 3 - - Service A Client 4

Service A Service B -

 

How would I calculate all the service A that were performed in the multiple Visits 1-3?

    Bumping this question....How can I go about formatting a report to include more than 2 groups? I want to view everyone who has had a visit. The problem is the listed visit could be in columns 1-10. How do I create a view to capture anyone with a visit that may be in the multiple columns? Thanks in advance
