When adding a new activity (e.g. new task) I'd like to transpose the selected activity type (e.g.) email to the activity subject line. So it would fill this field with Email ...and I still would be able to add some custome typing after the value (here email).
Is this possible?

You should be able to make a workflow rule to do this. Just update the subject line with a formula, using the type field.
