can you please help me to write a validation formula.
If an opportunity is set to the stage(s) "Closed Lost" or "Closed - Split off in other opp." and the text field "Last_Activity_Saver__c" is not containing either the word "lost" or "Lost", it should trigger error and block user from putting oppty to close lost or split off...

Please make sure any text with in the quotes (StageNames) match as exactly as how its saved in the system
