Extract date and number from text field

I need some assistance figuring out 2 formula fields.  From the Case Subject field (text), we will have the Training Course Name (varies in length), date and duration.

 

It will look something like this: 

 

Training Course, 2020-10-15: 1 hour

 

I need a field to pull just the Date, and another to pull just the number of hours.

 

Seems like it should have been easy enough with Right or Mid, but nothing is working for me.

    Will the format always be exactly like that?  Or can the YYYY-MM-DD Date value appear anywhere in the Subject field?
