I am trying to make visible Account rich text field in Cases to display specific account information to engineers working on a case. I used the workflow with field update described here: http://linkingto.blogspot.com.au/2011/08/salesforce-long-text-area-and-formulas.html
The problem I have is that the field in Cases does not keep the rich text format. It displays everything in plain text and in one line.
Any thoughts how fix this? Or is there better way how to copy rich test fields.
