You can do this by creating a new report, using the Contacts & Accounts report, and setting the criteria to as I show below:
Now: a quick note. Contacts without Accounts are private contacts. Unless you own them, the contacts can only be seen by an administrator, or someone with the Modify All Data permission, or Modify All on Contacts.
