Disable Salesforce1 notification?

Our users are currently trained on SalesForce Touch.  In order to migrate them to SalesForce1, we need to make a few modifications.  Is there a way to disable the constant notifications forcing them to download and use SalesForce1?  They're constantly pinged in SF Touch.  Help!

    I don’t want to disable it for the admins, just the general users.  There isn’t an option on the user level that I’m missing am I?

     

    I checked the profiles- It has the option of SF Touch and SF1 in the Connected App Access, but neither of them are checked and users with this profile are using the apps.  Any other thoughts?
