Change currency of custom currency fields on user

Hi, I have setup some custom 'Target' fields on the user profile, for use in Sales reporting. We have sales teams in the UK and in the US so need to have the targets in GBP and USD respectively, but the fields will only show in GBP even though the user's currency is set to USD. How can I set these fields to USD? I have considered creating a second set of calculated fields but it doesn't appear that you can do this off the company exchange rate meaning I would have to update the rate manually when it changes. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

    Thanks for the response. The issue with that is that the targets, above, are in USD (not GBP as shown) so when I change to USD in the reports it recalculates them to the wrong amount. To fix this, I could convert the targets to GBP but then the USD amount would be incorrect as soon as the exchange rate changes.
