Could SF email an alert to me of all of the publishers that I am working on so I know automatically that there is something that needs to be picked up? Thanks!
If you're on EE or UE you could do this with a Workflow Rule, or you could create a report of the records that meet your criteria and schedule it to run and emailed to you automatically.
