Anyone know how I cna change the label on the related list within the case object for 'Email' and 'Case Comments'
I want to add 'Internal' and 'External' at the end of them

Hi Glenn,
Go To Setup > App Setup > Customize > Tab Names and Labels > Edit Cases > Next > change whatever you need.
