I want to start to standardize how we receive requests moving forward for new products as we are rolling out CPQ and now have a Product Manager who we are working directly with.
I want to reach out in the community to see what template works for people and to try and consolidate ideas. I will share mine as well.

Hi Dominique, Salesforce does not provide any standard product template(Because evey industry deals in different product and servicing modal). you may create few(2 or 3 records) with all possible CPQ field values populated. and then create a Report on the Product and add all the desired column/fields in that report. and using Report Export feature you can publish your product template to Product Manager.
