Our package contains visualforce pages. Recently new customer installed and started using this package but facing slowness issue while loading vf page on the sandbox.
The error message is "Not enough memory to open this page." and "Aw, Snap! Something went wrong while displaying this webpage."
Other customers have installed the same application but they are not facing this issue.
After investigating, we found that rendering of vf page is fine, but links those are rendering in the left sidebar are taking time to render and hence we are facing above mentioned issue.
Yes, we can remove the sidebar in custom visualforce page but I am not able to understand why sidebar is taking time to load for only one customer and no complain from others.
Could you please help me how can I deal with this issue without removing sidebar?

I'm not sure what you're asking. You have to investigate this by first getting answers to these questions - without them we can't proceed.
