"predictive intelligence"

At one of the Dreamforce customer service session, a term used by the speaker was "predictive intelligence" Does anyone have any information regarding this feature.  At this point I just want to understand what it is, if it is available, etc.  Thanks

    I don't think its available currently in Salesforce. Can you Elaborate on this so we can get to know the Context,
