Is there a limit on number of feed elements fetched for FeedType.News for case status change

I am using the chatter connect api to get updates on case, task, events and group as follows:

 

        ConnectApi.ChatterFeeds.getFeedElementsFromFeed(

 

          null,

 

          ConnectApi.FeedType.News,

 

          'me',

 

          25,

 

          ConnectApi.FeedDensity.AllUpdates,

 

          null,

 

          100,

 

          ConnectApi.FeedSortOrder.LastModifiedDateDesc)

 

But with this it only fetches maximum two status change on case. Anymore are lost. If however I change FeedType to FeedType.userprofile I get these updates.

 

So can I use userprofile? Does news feedtype have a limit?
