How do you add the Account Name as a field in the Pre-Chat form?

Question

When I go into the Snap-Ins section in Setup and want to edit the Pre-Chat form fields, i do not have the option to select the Account Name field.  It is in our Contact Object so why isn't that an option for me to select?  We want that to populate in the Pre-Chat form to the users who initiate a chat.
