Making Reports Private

I have created reports as the SA that need to be private

To do this I read to go to the pull down & choose under visibility

I don't find this in the pull down menu to select

Can anyone give more detail on steps to make reports private & where to go to select/create it private?

Hi C H,

Edit your report. Go to Report Properties and save it in "My Personal Custom Reports" folder. This way it won't be visible to anyone else but you.
