While the stage automatically enters a probability of close, we allow our users to overwrite the POC if the sales rep feels it's too high (for example, can knock down a stage:proposal POC because they know we're not going to win the business). BUT, proposal stage is defaulting to Upside, and I'd like to override this so we don't have 20% POC opps in Commit, or have 90% opps in Pipeline....
