I am building a lead assignement rule that will assign leads to sales reps via round robin when they come into SF.  I also have workflows in place that assign leads to a queue based off of lead status.  

 

When I activate my lead assignment rule, leads are getting routed correctly but when any edits are made to the lead status, they are being assigned back to the default lead queue.  What would be the recomended path to fix this lead debacle I am in?

    When they make the edit are they going to the edit screen? is use active assignment rules checked? do you have this selected on the page layout?
