When my client talks to a job candidate he ask him about his notice period:
This are the possible answers:
Three months till end of quarter
Three months till end of month
Two months till end of month
One month till end of month
Six weeks till end of quarter
Four weeks till end of quarter
Four weeks till end of month
Four weeks
Two weeks till end of month
Two weeks
I need to create a formula which calculate the first start date:
Do anyone has an idea or did it in the past?

Standard Calender: Yes
Start day Monday is not mandatory.
Start day is the start date.
