How to add an upload files in an Opportunity Custom Fields & Relationships? Is it possible in SalesForce? I need a way to add a sharepoint document (or content file) in the specific Opportunity Custom Field.

Hi Roberto -
If you are trying through UI, I am afraid you may not be able to add document in Opportunity Object but you can very well use the notes & Attachment related list if you want.
Alternately you can store the URL on Opportunity level if you want but not the file.
