I am currently building my lead list in order to send mass emails to potential customers.
I know how to do that by sending mass emails but not by creating marketing campaigns.
I would like to create a mail marketing campaign but it seems that I can not find my leads' list. I created my marketing campaign called: car campaign but I can't find the step that takes me to the template creation.
Do I need an external email application add on?
I am using Salesforce Professional.

So Basically what is the difference between email campaigns and mass emails?
I checked online and the reason I want to use marketing campaigns is to generate reports and graphs.
Does salesforce do the same for mass emails as well? or do I have to manually check each one of my customers to see whether they checked my emails or not?
