Today, when I do an account review with one of my sales people, who are often at remote sites, I browse in Salesforce looking at the same accounts they are talking about.
But I was thinking it would be nice if when I do account reviews / account planning, that I be able to see their screen on my computer while they browse through Salesforce and talk about the accounts.
Similar to the screen sharing functionality in Skype.
Having said that, what about having a built-in Saleforce Skype-like internet call and screen sharing function for account reviews? Salesforce already supports chating.
Any other ways, people are using Salesforce to share screen for account reviews?
Glad to get ideas and best practice ideas from the community.
