I have downloaded and installed the Ringcentral for Salesforce app. I have to refresh my page after clicking the login button to enter the app. Has anyone encountered this issue before?

Tenfold offers seamless integration for Salesforce and Ringcentral and they offer features such as click to call, screen pop up for inbound and outbound calls, advanced analytic on the backend and much more.
