Mass Email Questions

When I set-up a mass email, I understand I can BCC myself.  How can I also add my other Sales Managers to the email distribution?

 

I have a Marketing User setting-up Mass Emails.  This user does not see "Step 4 - Restrict Visibility".  How do I change this so the Marketing User has this functionality?

    Step 3 is Review & Confirm, Step 4 is post-submission status. See below:

    It sounds like your User has the permissions he/she needs. They just need to have the "Mass Email" permission, along with access to the right object(s).
