Connect for Outlook - customizing

Because of how our corporate database design one person can appear several times. For example, they work for an agency and are working with several clients. For each client they work for, the have a  contact ID. When you go to attach an email to a contact, it is a shot in the dark which contact you are attaching it to without having to click View details on each one. Currently, it displays their name, account,  account site. Is there a way to change account site to Primary Client Account?

    Hi Dawn,

     

    You can go to Setup->Customize->Tab Names and Labels->Rename Tbs and Labels.

     

    There you can rename the Account Site field to Primary Client Account.
