Need a custom S control for Case Accept Button

We want to modify the standard Accept button on the Inbound Email Case view list to only allow a person to take ownership of the case if the current owner is Inbound Email Case

Custom S controls have been replaced by Visual Force Pages, but this might help you. It's a button instead of a whole page.
