1.) If total investment size is a,b,c" then assign to user 1
2.) If round robin = 2 then assign to user 2
3.) If round robin = 3 then assign to user 3
The leads are coming from a series of web forms.
If the sort order is 2,3,1 (above criteria reordered) then the round robin works. The round robin does NOT work in the order above.
If the total investment size is filled out on the form, I need it assigned first as that's the most important criteria - I've triple checked the picklist and I know that the web form is properly filling out the lead field. What's odd is that the lead assignment works if the lead is edited and the "assign lead using active assignment rule" checkbox is checked, it just won't work coming from the web form.
Any ideas?

When you say the round robin doesn't work, is it because the Leads are being caught by #1 before it gets to the round robin?
