We have a custom object to track the credentialing process of our therapists. At the end of that proces we'd like to create a certificate from some of the relevant data (name, date, type of certification, etc.). It's a pretty basic Word-based template. Is there an easy way to do this in Salesforce so that it will create and save to the user's record? Or will I need to do the merge process outside of Salesforce?
