Can you please help me with how to either:
- Change the number in this field, OR
- Another way to track recurring donors without manually checking a check box and then unchecking it if/when they are no longer a recurrin donor?

Sorry, I missed your last comment. Unfortunately, since it's a managed field there is nothing we can do to tweak how it works. You can try and find the process that sets the value of that field and try to figure out exactly where the figure comes from, but if it's from the NPSP then you might have better luck asking at the Power of Us Hub.
