I need my 1st profile user to see 2 templates under "My Personal Email Templates" and my 2nd profile user to see another 2 templates under "My Personal Email Templates"..
How it should be made ???

Anything kept in a "My Personal" folder is private and cannot be seen by other users - even the administrator. Have your administrator create two public folders and save the templates to the appropriate folders.
