How do you delete a business unit in marketing cloud if it has users assigned? Thanks in advance if anyone has insight!

    Hi Tracey,

     

    Permanently delete a business unit from the list of business units in Marketing Cloud.

     

    Remove all users from the business unit before you delete the business unit. You can modify the business unit assignments under Account Settings in My Users on the user record.

     

    - Click Setup.

     

    - Click Business Units.

     

    - Select the business unit to delete.

     

    - Delete the business unit.
