I have a campaign set up and now I'd like to send an email to all of my campaign members so I can see how many I've sent out and then manage the responses back. The email will contain less than 300 contacts.

Oh you ask about linking the email to two custom fields--are you talking about in the body of the email? If so, that's easy to do when setting up your email template using mail merge.
