Lead Conversion Issue

Hello, I'm attempting to convert a lead in Lightning and the only options when I select the Converted Lead status are Qualified or Unqualified, it doesn't allow me to create a Contact, Account or Opportunity

    Hi Andrew,

     

    To convert leads:

     

    Create and Edit on leads, accounts, contacts, and opportunities

     

    AND

     

    Convert Leads

     

     

    Profile permissions are required. Could you please check if you have these permissions and retry.
