I currently have a report generating and automatically emailing once/week.
However, I'd like to change the subject line of the email from the report name to: "ATTENTION/ACTION REQ'D by Friday <insert month and day>: ADP Projects with Overdue Start Dates/Stage Change requiring immediate update"
I'd also like to include the following text in the body of the email:
"The opportunities detailed in the following report have past start dates based on the Stage selected. Please review your respective deal(s) and update Salesforce as needed no later than Friday, <Month, Day>."
Is it possible to insert text into an automatically emailed report? If so, is it possible to make this text dynamic...i.e. the month and and day of the next Friday?
Thank you!

Hi,
This feature is now available in a tool called Report Builder which is a third party tool.
You can access the report builder from the below url:
https://reportbuilder.cloud4j.com/login
You can use same credentials of Salesforce.
You can see all the saved reports in Salesforce when you click on Reports tab on the left.
There is schedule option as well on the left. All scheduled reports here can have their cc/bcc ,subject and also email text to be specified along with report as an email text if the Include Report check box is selected.
All reports other than scheduled report also when clicked on send can have dynamic email content specified as well.

Hope this answers your question.
