Verification Code Settings

As the administrator for my company, I want all of the verification codes to come to me instead of the individual users.  I will then forward that message on to them.  How do I change the email settings for the verification code?

    Well right now, one person's verification code is going to another person in the company.  So I know that it's not tied to the person who's logged in, I just don't know how to change the email address it's sent to.  Ashish, are you saying that the person needs to change their email address in salesforce to my email address in order for it to be sent to me?
