I'm trying to generate a report that shows me what my win percentage is per quarter by region. To do this, I created a Matrix report wtih the Fiscal Quarter on the left and Region on the Top. I then created a formula field called "Win Rate", which I set to WIN:SUM/RowCount. When I save this custom formula field, it doesn't appear in the report and Salesforce does not allow me to drag the field into the report either. All I can view is the Record Count. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks in advance for the help!
