We're a Chicago-based non-profit, and use salesforce for program, volunteer, and donor management - about 25,000 records total. Much of the data was imported from CRM, contains duplicates (from multiple registrations for different functions), and has information in open-end fields that should be coded for easier searching. We'd love to be able to outsource/get volunteers to help, but the data is sensitive/has privacy/medical issues included. Has anyone been in a similar circumstance/can recommended tips of watch-outs as we begin this process? Thanks!
