This is actually the second person that has said this today, which is interesting. That being said, have you tried this in multiple browsers and not received the reminders? Have you checked to make sure a pop up blocker is not affecting the reminder window from opening?
Can you go to a task that should be popping up as a reminder and confirm that the reminder box is still checked? Have any mass changes been made to your data lately?

If you need assistance from Support I would recommend logging a case by calling your Premier or Basic support number, or logging a case through the H&T portal.
