How do you create a new line of business?

I did not input the data into my sales force and need to add some new lines of buisness? Could you help me?

    Hi Brad,

     

    This is a forum for users to help each other with specific issues with Salesforce.com.  That being said, I think we need a bit more information from you regarding your issue.

     

    When you say "new lines of busines" what exactly are you talking about?  Establishing products in your price-book?  Adding an opportunity?

     

    Here are some helpful things to know:

     

    1. What edition are you using?  (Enterprices, Professional, Non-Profit.)

     

    2. What area of Salesforce.com are you trying to make changes to?  (Opportunities, Accounts, Page Layout.)  Be specific.
