I am having accessing accounts for all of AOL.....i.e. when I search any account Ann Taylor, Citibank, Macys etc....the search results = 0  I have never had this issue before

    i would first find out who your admin is and speak with them - they may have made changes to permissions or something else.

     

    But they should definitely be able to help you.

     

    i would speak with your sales team as they should be in contact with the salesforce admin
