can I export and word or excel sp sheet to sales force? So I so do not have to enter each account in one by one

In addition to Matt's great suggestion, you can go to the Accounts tab and look in the lower right corner under the Tools section. There is a link to "Import My Accounts & Contacts". Click on it -- it will give you good instructions on how to do it.
