Hi

I am creating a matrix report for Opportunities.  The rows are summarized by Account Name and then by Related Asset.  The columns are Stage.

I want to run two reports:

  1. To make sure all Assets are covered by an Open Opportunity. (So, I'd like to filter the grand total is <1 or =0).

  2. To make sure there aren't multiple Opportunities per Related Asset.  (so, >1)

Is it possible to create a logical check on the Grand Total of each line item to achieve this?

    Hi Steve,

Here is a clip of the matrix report when run:

Hi Steve, Here is a clip of the matrix report when run: I would like to do two separate reports. For the report above, there are two assets (sorry for obscuring the name).

I would like to do two separate reports.  For the report above, there are two assets (sorry for obscuring the name).  The lower row shows exactly what I would want to ommit if I were running the report that would highlight duplicate opportunities for a single asset (the top row).  I would want to know why there are two opportunities for a single asset, which shouldn't be the case in our sales process. (Just means that the account manager is not effecitvely managing their customer's assets).

    Does that help?
