How can I link files to children objects and level 2 child objects

Question

We attach files to our Opportunities (Parent) - then we a launch a PO Review off the Opportunitty record -  then under the PO Review we have several functioonal review children.  We attach files to the Opportunity that both the child and 2nd tier children need to access.  Currently, the users have to drill back up to the Opportunity and view the files off the opportunity through a few clicks. Is there a way to have a single link on the 1st level child as well as the 2nd level children that dill back to the file (depository) on the opportunity to access all the files attached to the parent oppotrunity?

Hi Kim,

As per now, you can't attach single file in multiple records using config way, but still possible with some code level to share the files into multiple objects to ContentDocumentLink objects.
