I have a field called "# Event Days" which is a formula that takes:
Event_End_Date__c - Event_Start_Date__c
Then I have another field called "Total Days" which is a formula that takes into consideration the mult-day events above, but for 1 day events where the Start Date = End Date we still need those to count as 1:
IF(Event_Days__c =0, 1, Event_Days__c )
Problem is, it's not calculating total days, but instead DIFFERENCE between the two dates....how can I do this more simply??

You can just add 1 to it
If(Event_End_Date__c - Event_Start_Date__c = 0,
1,
(Event_End_Date__c - Event_Start_Date__c + 1)
)
