Hi future Best Friend! Can you advise on the proper visualforce code?

I am trying to embed Chatter feed into a visualforce page so I can embed this into an iframe on my sites.com page template.   How do I create this page?   I just need to show the Chatter Feed.  If you help me, I will become a great friend of yours.  Also you will be integral peice to helping develop what will be the world's greatest customer community.
