When our donations roll-up to the summary on the Household or Contact detail page, none of them are being counted for the current fiscal year. Anything entered this year, shows as a gift for last year. I have checked the settings under both our compnay profile (Starting Month = August and FY based on the end of year) and in household settings (Use Fiscal Year). Can anyone tell me what is going on?
