why is my account custom field not accessible for import

I have a custom field in my accounts and contacts that is described as "not accessible" when I try to run the import wizard

    Do you have access to that field through page layout or field level security. Individual users can import only into the fields that are accessible to them via their page layout or field-level security settings.

     

    can you just copy paste the screen shot of your cutom field here?
