I was hoping that may be you guys could help out with a condition pertaining to a Lead Field and its values and the corresponding email alert.
This related to a Lead field's value.
I just need help with the formula.
What formula should be applied here.
1 ) If the field's value changes to,
A1 A2
B1 B2
C1 C2
from
A3 A4
B3 B4
C3 C4
D1 D2 D3 D4
We wanted an email alert
2) Also, if the field's value changes,
from A2 to A1
from B2 to B1
from C2 to C1
We wanted an email alert
3) But, if the field's value changes
from A1 to A2
from B1 to B2
from C1 to C2
We do not want any alert

Hi,
you have to create trigger on Lead object on after update to fullfil your requirement.
