Salesforce Mobile Dashboards for iPad

I've installed Salesforce Mobile Dashboards for iPad (which I downloaded from iTunes) and configured it to my Sandbox. Unfortunately, even though I can see it logs in successfully (via my user login history in Sandbox) an error appears on my iPad saying "permission denied to access mobile analytics - contact your administrator" and I can't access any dashboards - the screen stays blue with some cloud shapes. I am an administrator and can't work out why its having trouble. I'd like to demonstrate this mobile app to my stakeholders, but can't. Can someone please help me?

    Hi there, 

     

    We didn't enable sandboxes with the mobile dashboards permission. This might be an issue. what is your sandbox org id?
