now we have a field 'Description' in Leads and the field "Description' in Opportunities, I entered some words in leads description for a new lead and I want those information will go to the converted opportunity upon conversion . but when I convert a lead to be an opportunity, I didn't find the description information in the converted opportunities. Is it possible to make the description information in Leads to be an exact copy of data transfered to the Opportunity Description?
Can you enlighten me on this subject?

do you mean I should create a new Description field named as Lead Description on
Opportunity?
and then, when I convert a lead ,the description of this lead will map to this new converted
Opportunity's Lead Description automatically?
